Same, Difference, Again

Same, Difference, Again (2014) is a work about change: the effects of, desire for, and repercussions of change. 3 men imagine the future, attempt to simultaneously control and break free of the present and ultimately give in to the reality that change may be the only constant they will ever experience.

Developed over a month with the 3 dancers of SEAD’s, Bodhi Project, Same Difference, Again toured internationally as part of the companies repertoire that year. A 40 minute work for the stage Same, Difference, Again combines set dance material, improvisation and text in a celebration of the abilities of these dancers as they prepare to embark on their professional careers.
